melk-canada is used by MELK GROUP LTD.'s authorized team to manage and publish content to MELK GROUP LTD.'s official TikTok Business and LinkedIn organization accounts, including LinkedIn Community Management activities, as part of Melk's commercial marketing operations.
2. Information melk-canada collects
- Account credentials for authorized Melk users of melk-canada
- TikTok and LinkedIn OAuth access/refresh tokens for Melk business / organization accounts connected in melk-canada
- Basic profile/organization identifiers needed to display connected accounts inside melk-canada
- Content, media metadata, scheduling and publishing logs created inside melk-canada
- Technical logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) needed to secure and operate melk-canada
3. How melk-canada uses information
- Authenticate Melk's TikTok Business account via Login Kit in melk-canada
- Schedule and publish content via TikTok Content Posting API / Share Kit from melk-canada
- Authenticate and manage MELK GROUP LTD. LinkedIn organization pages from melk-canada, including Community Management features
- Provide team collaboration, auditability, and support for Melk marketing operations
4. Sharing
melk-canada does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by TikTok and LinkedIn as required to operate the connected APIs used by melk-canada, and by infrastructure providers hosting melk-canada under confidentiality obligations.
5. Storage & security
Tokens and operational data for melk-canada are stored with access controls limited to authorized Melk systems and personnel. See also Security & Data.
6. Retention and deletion
Tokens and related data in melk-canada are retained only as long as needed for melk-canada operations or legal requirements. Authorized users may request deletion by contacting info@melk.ca.
