Terms of Service – melk-canada

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of melk-canada, the social media management application operated by Melk Group ("we", "us", or "our").
1. About melk-canada
melk-canada is Melk Group's business social media management application. melk-canada is used by authorized Melk Group team members to schedule and publish content to Melk Group's official TikTok Business and LinkedIn organization accounts as part of Melk's commercial marketing operations.
2. TikTok API usage in melk-canada
melk-canada integrates with TikTok developer products including Login Kit, Content Posting API, and Share Kit to authenticate Melk's TikTok Business account and publish content from melk-canada. Use of TikTok APIs through melk-canada complies with the TikTok API Terms of Service and applicable developer policies.
3. LinkedIn API usage in melk-canada
melk-canada integrates with LinkedIn APIs for Melk Group organization pages, including sharing and Community Management workflows used inside melk-canada for Melk's LinkedIn Company Page.
4. Accounts and access
Access to melk-canada is limited to authorized Melk Group personnel. You must keep credentials secure and use melk-canada only for Melk Group business purposes. melk-canada is not offered for private personal use.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse melk-canada, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or resell Melk or platform data improperly, or use melk-canada in violation of TikTok, LinkedIn, or applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
Melk brand assets and content remain owned by Melk Group. Platform trademarks (TikTok, LinkedIn) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe integrations.
